Periodically throughout the church year, the congregation is invited to take part in a Spiritual gifts assessment. Friends and family are invited to join us as we take time to assess together where God is calling us to do ministry. In the Greek language that was used in the New Testament, the word ministry centers on acts of service. Daily acts of service are part of the Christian way of life.
What is PLACE? PLACE is the resource used at St. Paul for helping individuals find their "place" in ministry both within and outside the church walls. It is personal discovery in a combination of assessments and teaching where you learn:
Discover God’s Plan for You It can be confusing to find your place in daily life and even when you consider where and how you can serve in the ministry of the church, whether in the congregation or the community. Society or even your friends and family say you “should” be serving in one way, but this leaves you feeling discouraged and unfulfilled. No matter what age we are, there are times we feel stuck in a role and prayerfully seek answers. The PLACE assessment helps you know who you are and the gifts God has given you. God created you for a purpose. Let’s discover it!
